Three ways to work together.

A focused assessment, a defined implementation or an ongoing partnership. The structure follows the work and responsibility required.

Focused Assessment & Advisory

Establish the business objective, current process, constraints and priorities. Agree the assessment scope and outputs, such as an acquisition review, workflow assessment, leadership mandate or technical roadmap.

Defined Implementation

Deliver a bounded piece of work with agreed milestones and acceptance criteria. This could involve an acquisition process, an operational workflow or a software and automation project.

Ongoing Partnership & Fractional Leadership

Provide continuing support or leadership against a defined mandate. Confirm the named delivery owner, time commitment, decision authority, review cadence and commercial terms before work begins.

How scope is agreed

Specify the deliverables, exclusions, client responsibilities, dependencies and measures of progress. Third-party costs, such as advertising spend or software subscriptions, are identified separately where relevant.

A Capability Brief begins the discussion. It is not a quotation, an accepted proposal or a staffing commitment.
